It’s about to be a year since the Nokia 2660 Flip was first revealed in India, and with the first anniversary just around the corner, Nokia Mobile is all set to launch the device’s new colours, namely Pop Pink and Lush Green, in the country.
An Amazon.in webpage has emerged showcasing the new colour options, alternatively called OG Green and Spunky Pink, alongside a few characteristics of the device, which is supposed to be “coming soon.” One can click the “Notify Me” button on the webpage to receive an update on its availability.
Internationally these colour choices were made official in May-end this year, and as is, there is no other change in the device. The Nokia 2660 Flip, unlike the company’s other flip phones, is a non-KaiOS device.
The highlights of the device are:
- 2.8-inch primary and a 1.77-inch secondary screen.
- Removable 1450 mAh battery for up to 6.3 hours of talk time or up to 20.1 days of standby time on 4G.
- Wireless FM radio and MP3 player.
- 48 MB of RAM, 128 MB of internal storage, and microSD card support of up to 32 GB.
- 0.3 MP rear camera coupled with an LED flash.
- An emergency button that can help one reach up to 5 contacts at once.
- Powered by the Unisoc T107 processor and S30+ OS.
- Has a 3.5 mm audio port and charges at 2.75 W through a micro USB port.
- Supports Bluetooth 4.2.
As of now, the Nokia 2660 Flip is available in Black, Blue, and Red shades for ₹4,699 in India. It will be interesting to see if the new colour variants will cost the same or not because the company is charging ₹100 extra for the Nokia 130 Music in Light Gold colour compared to the other options.
Apart from that, Nokia Mobile India has also begun teasing the launch of a new 5G smartphone with a focus on the word “fast”, hinting at the Nokia G42 5G, given its tagline is “So Fast.”
