I’m deciding to make adjustments and I’m executing them, and I’m so fortunate that I’ve an excellent work ethic in my mind and in my DNA that I can use as self-discipline at any time.”

And when it’s not straightforward, she has discovered to manage. “Let’s say I’m uncomfortable or unhappy or offended,” McBryde says. “I know how one can be uncomfortable or unhappy or offended. It takes no matter that feeling is down so many notches that it turns into tolerable.”
