World Meals Day is widely known yearly on 16 October and goals to lift consciousness of ongoing efforts to remove poverty, starvation, meals insecurity and malnutrition.
This years theme:
Water is life, water is meals.
Depart nobody behind.
Water is crucial to life on Earth. It covers the vast majority of the Earth’s floor, makes up over 50% of our our bodies, produces our meals, and helps livelihoods.
However this valuable useful resource will not be infinite and we have to cease taking it without any consideration. What we eat, and the way that meals is produced all have an effect on water.
Collectively, we will take water motion for meals and be the change.
