NEW Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr has been caught on digicam pleading for the play that sealed victory in his first sport for the franchise.
The veteran QB, 32, engineered a late 41-yard completion to Rashid Shaheed that dramatically clinched a 16-15 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
Carr was mic’d up for the sport and was the topic of Week 1’s Contained in the NFL.
Consequently, the conversations on the sideline that led to Shaheed’s huge play had been all caught by TV cameras.
Carr could possibly be heard begging his offensive coordinators to provide him a “higher shot.”
